Knox County, Tennessee Mayor Glenn Jacobs, a WWE Hall of Famer known worldwide as “Kane,” has issued a bold challenge to Minnesota Governor Tim Walz—and it’s shaking up the political arena.

Jacobs, a proud Republican and supporter of President Donald Trump, is firing back after Walz made a shocking statement claiming he could “kick the ass” of MAGA supporters during a recent podcast appearance.

“He threw down the gauntlet, so I picked it up,” Jacobs told NewsNation’s On Balance with Leland Vittert.


Democrat Governor Mocks Trump Supporters, Triggers Backlash

Governor Walz made the controversial remark while chatting with California Governor Gavin Newsom on the This Is Gavin Newsom podcast. During the discussion, Walz joked about how he could physically overpower most Trump voters, comparing it to a WWE-style match.
