FBI And DOJ Covering Up For Biden

Florida Republican Representative Byron Donalds asserted on Newsmax that recent testimony before the House Judiciary Committee indicates that officials from both the Department of Justice and the FBI obstructed federal prosecutors in Pennsylvania from examining the business dealings of President Joe Biden and his family.

According to Newsmax, Donalds said the recent testimony revealed that federal prosecutors in Pennsylvania were thwarted on at least ten occasions from investigating matters related to the Biden family’s business activities. He stated that these obstructions came from individuals at the FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C., and the main Department of Justice.

Donalds also highlighted the discovery of a check from President Joe Biden’s brother, James, to repay a $200,000 loan to Joe. He argued that this check directly connects the president to business transactions carried out by James and his son with foreign entities.

Furthermore, Donalds suggested that the absence of written loan agreements between the president and his brother could potentially raise concerns about tax evasion. He explained that treating such payments as loan repayments is a common method of evading taxes, emphasizing the importance of examining the loan documents to understand the rationale behind the $200,000 repayment.

Donalds expressed his commitment to continuing the investigation to uncover the truth and ensure accountability within the administration.

In response to the committee’s actions, the White House has criticized them, especially after Attorney General Merrick Garland’s testimony in September. The White House accused extreme House Republicans of running a distracting campaign to conceal their own actions, which they claimed could lead to a government shutdown. They argued that the focus should be on addressing important legislative matters rather than engaging in baseless attacks on President Biden and his family.
