Trump Threatened By Who?

Butler, Pennsylvania – Federal authorities have arrested a Pennsylvania man on serious charges of threatening to assassinate President Donald J. Trump, along with targeting ICE agents and other federal officials. The arrest is being hailed as a crucial step in protecting national security and preserving law and order during a time of rising political unrest.

The suspect, Shawn Monper, 32, of Butler—the same town where President Trump was shot during a campaign rally last July—was taken into federal custody Wednesday. The Department of Justice confirmed the charges late Friday, noting that Monper posed a credible and imminent threat.

Top DOJ officials commended the swift actions of law enforcement.

“Thanks to the bravery and vigilance of the FBI and the Butler Township Police Department, a dangerous individual was apprehended before he could harm President Trump or other innocent Americans,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi.

“The Department of Justice will never tolerate threats of political violence. We will always defend our leaders, our law enforcement, and our Constitution to the fullest extent of the law.”

🔍 FBI Investigation Uncovers Alarming Threats

The FBI began monitoring Monper after discovering violent rhetoric on a YouTube channel under the name “Mr Satan.” From January through early April, he reportedly posted a series of extremist threats, including:

  • “I’m going to assassinate Trump myself.”
  • “ICE are terrorist people. We need to start killing them.”
  • “Eventually I’m going to do a mass shooting.”

In a post dated February 17, Monper even called for what he described as “American Revolution 2.0,” targeting not only President Trump and Elon Musk but also officials in law enforcement and federal agencies.

🔫 Stockpiling Weapons and Preparing for Violence

According to investigators, Monper had been stockpiling firearms, ammunition, and tactical gear since President Trump first took office. On social media, he bragged about acquiring one new gun every month, as well as purchasing body armor and high-capacity ammunition.

“I’ve been buying guns and ammo since Trump got in office,” he said.
“By the time it’s time to make the move, they’ll be crushed by policies, and they’ll want revenge too.”

One especially concerning message posted on April 1 read:
“If I see an armed ICE agent, I will consider it a domestic terrorist and open fire.”

👮 Law Enforcement Remains on High Alert

The FBI, along with the Butler Township Police Department, is continuing to investigate. Monper is expected to appear in court on Monday.

This case comes amid a disturbing uptick in violent threats against President Trump. Just months ago, he survived an assassination attempt at a campaign rally, suffering a gunshot wound to the ear. The assailant was neutralized by the Secret Service.

In a separate incident, a Florida man was caught attempting to ambush President Trump near his West Palm Beach golf course. Another suspect, also from Florida, was arrested last week after making online threats against the President.

🇺🇸 America Stands With President Trump

The far-left may be growing more aggressive, but patriotic Americans continue to stand firm behind President Trump, law enforcement, and traditional American values.

This latest arrest serves as a stark reminder of the importance of strong borders, support for ICE, and zero-tolerance policies on political violence.
