Trump Sabotaged At UN

President Donald Trump’s highly anticipated return to the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday started with unexpected chaos — and some are calling it deliberate sabotage.

Moments before taking the stage to address world leaders, Trump faced two bizarre technical mishaps: a frozen escalator and a malfunctioning teleprompter. The series of back-to-back glitches sparked speculation online about whether they were accidental — or part of a deeper attempt to undermine Trump’s powerful message.

Escalator Stalls with Trump and Melania Onboard

Video footage shows Trump and First Lady Melania stepping onto the UN’s main escalator in New York City. Suddenly, it jerked to a halt, leaving the couple stranded mid-ride. After a brief pause, Trump and Melania calmly walked up the frozen steps, while their aides scrambled to the nearby stairs.

“The teleprompter was broken and the escalator came to a sudden halt as we were riding up to the podium,” Trump later posted on Truth Social. “Both of those events probably made the speech more interesting than it would have been otherwise.”

Despite the bizarre start, Trump said it was still a “great honor” to address the UN, adding with a wink that their “equipment is somewhat faulty.”

Teleprompter Fails on Stage — Trump Goes Off-Script

The drama didn’t stop there. Once Trump began his speech, the teleprompter went completely dark, forcing him to deliver much of his address unscripted.

“Whoever was operating that teleprompter is in big trouble,” Trump joked, earning laughter and applause from the audience.

Trump opened with humor:

“All I received from the United Nations was a stalled escalator halfway up and a broken teleprompter. If Melania wasn’t in excellent shape, she could have taken a fall — but thankfully, she’s in fantastic condition.”

The crowd chuckled, but Trump quickly pivoted to serious issues, warning that the UN has become a “feckless institution” failing to protect freedom and peace.

Trump Warns Europe of a ‘Double-Tailed Monster’

Trump’s speech zeroed in on two forces he says are destroying Europe:

  1. Open-border migration policies
  2. Radical green energy mandates

“These are a double-tailed monster that destroys everything in its path,” Trump declared. “If Europe doesn’t change course, its culture and sovereignty will be gone forever.”

He slammed so-called “green energy initiatives” as a “scam” being pushed by global elites and blamed lenient migration policies for eroding national identities and increasing crime rates.

America First: UN Gets a Reality Check

Trump celebrated his foreign policy victories, saying his administration helped end seven major conflicts — including tensions between Israel and Iran, India and Pakistan, and Armenia and Azerbaijan.

“It’s a shame these peace deals happened because of U.S. leadership and not the United Nations,” Trump said. “The UN didn’t even try to help.”

He reaffirmed his America First strategy, reminding world leaders that the U.S. has already withdrawn from wasteful global bureaucracies like the World Health Organization and UN Human Rights Council, and is now reviewing hundreds of international partnerships to ensure they truly benefit the American people.

Tough Talk on Gaza and Ukraine

Trump also delivered hard-hitting remarks on current conflicts:

  • Gaza: He blasted nations pushing to recognize Palestinian statehood, saying it would reward Hamas terrorists for violence and chaos.
  • Ukraine: Trump demanded Europe cut off Russian oil purchases immediately, warning that their money is “funding their own destruction.”

He even proposed a “powerful round of tariffs” designed to bring Russia to the negotiating table and end the war “very quickly.”

Despite the stern warnings, Trump ended this portion of his speech on a note of hope, saying his ultimate goal is lasting peace.

“The real prize isn’t a medal or a trophy — it’s the lives saved by ending endless wars,” he said, subtly nodding to his Nobel Peace Prize aspirations.

High-Level Meetings with World Leaders

After his speech, Trump is set to meet privately with:

  • UN Secretary-General António Guterres
  • The President of Ukraine
  • Leaders from Argentina and the European Union

Later, he’ll join a group meeting with top officials from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Pakistan, Egypt, the UAE, and Jordan.
The day will end with Trump hosting a private reception for over 100 world leaders, cementing his position as a dominant force on the global stage.

Why This Matters

For conservative Americans, Trump’s speech highlighted key priorities:

  • Protecting U.S. sovereignty against unelected global bureaucracies.
  • Defending Western culture from radical immigration policies.
  • Exposing the green energy hoax draining economies.
  • Putting America First while standing strong for peace and freedom.
