Trump Makes Bombshell Confession

In a recent video posted on his Truth Social account, former President Donald Trump made bold claims about the upcoming 2024 presidential race, suggesting that President Joe Biden is set to withdraw from the race, paving the way for Vice President Kamala Harris to take the lead. The video, initially reported by The Daily Beast, captures Trump at a golf course alongside his son Barron, where he confidently reflects on his past debate performance against Biden.

“Look at that old broken-down pile of crap,” Trump remarks about Biden in the video. “You know, he just quit. He’s quitting the race.”

Trump goes on to express his views on Harris, describing her as “so bad, she’s so pathetic.”

The exact timing of the video remains unclear. Meanwhile, despite recent challenges faced by Biden’s campaign following a contentious debate, the President’s team has reaffirmed his determination to continue seeking re-election.

Within the Democratic Party, opinions are divided on whether Harris would present a stronger challenge against Trump. Recent polling data from CNN indicates Harris closing the gap with Trump, contrasting with Biden’s diminishing support nationally and in crucial swing states.

Responding to Trump’s video, Biden campaign spokesperson Sarafina Chitika issued a scathing rebuttal, criticizing Trump for his stance on women’s rights and referencing his electoral defeat and the Capitol attack he incited. Chitika also pointedly criticized Trump’s tenure in office and legal issues, including his recent conviction on multiple felony charges. She dismissed Trump’s agenda for a potential second term as driven by “revenge and retribution” rather than national interest.

In response to the video’s leak, Trump’s campaign advisor Chris LaCivita defended its contents, asserting its factual accuracy without elaborating further.

The video and its aftermath underscore the escalating rhetoric and anticipation surrounding the 2024 presidential race, highlighting the contrasting visions and contentious exchanges shaping the political landscape.
