Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) is putting Democrats on notice — and he’s doing it in defense of President Donald J. Trump’s groundbreaking Middle East peace plan.
The South Carolina senator announced that he will introduce a powerful Senate resolution backing Trump’s historic 20-Point Plan to End the Gaza Conflict — a deal already approved by Israel, endorsed by key Arab nations, and praised by regional allies who once stood divided.
“It’s important for the Senate to show unity by supporting President Trump’s 20-Point Middle East Peace Plan,” Graham said Wednesday. “With Israel’s approval and strong backing from major Arab nations, a bipartisan vote in favor of this plan would greatly strengthen its chances for lasting success.”
Trump’s Plan: A New Path to Peace
President Trump unveiled the plan on September 29 at the White House alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu — a bold moment of leadership that even critics admit changed the global conversation about peace in the Middle East.
The Trump Peace Plan calls for an international peacekeeping mission inside Gaza and a transitional governing body overseen by a “Board of Peace” chaired by Trump himself. It’s a decisive, no-nonsense approach — one that puts American strength and diplomacy front and center.
Within days of the announcement:
- Hamas agreed to release all remaining hostages by October 8.
- Israel’s security cabinet formally backed the plan.
- Nations like Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Jordan, Turkey, and Qatar voiced their support.
Even longtime Middle East skeptics are calling it a diplomatic turning point.
Democrats Stay Silent While Trump Delivers Results
Yet while global leaders celebrate a rare breakthrough, Democrats in Washington have gone silent.
Figures like Barack Obama and Kamala Harris can’t even bring themselves to say Trump’s name — despite his plan achieving more progress in weeks than past administrations did in decades.
Graham says it’s time to expose that hypocrisy.
“This is about showing the world that America stands behind peace and strength,” he declared. “The time for politics is over.”
Trump’s Legacy of Strength
As chaos and weak leadership define so many parts of the world, Trump’s peace plan proves what bold American leadership can still achieve.
With nations rallying behind him and the Senate preparing to vote, Lindsey Graham’s resolution could mark the moment Democrats must finally decide: Do they stand with peace — or with their hatred of Donald Trump?
