Democrats Admit Trump Is Better?

Democratic strategist Lindy Li, who previously helped fundraise for Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign, made waves during a recent appearance on Fox & Friends Weekend by predicting a “new era of prosperity” under President Donald Trump’s second term. Li, a member of the Democratic National Committee’s finance committee and a vocal critic of her own party, expressed confidence that the Democratic Party would struggle for the next several years, calling it a “$1 billion disaster” after Harris’ loss.

Li argued that the Democratic Party is facing a steep road ahead. “The Democrats have the stench of loser written all over [them],” she said. “They’re going to be consigned to the wilderness for at least the next four to eight years.” This bold declaration comes as the country gears up for another presidential race, with President Trump’s term limits set to bring a new wave of competition, though many, like Li, seem to believe the GOP will dominate.

She also commented on the shifting dynamics between tech giants and Trump, including figures like Mark Zuckerberg of Meta, Jeff Bezos of Amazon, and Sam Altman of OpenAI. Despite their previous tension with the Trump administration, Li noted that these tech leaders seem to be aligning with Trump, as demonstrated by their sizable donations to his inaugural fund. “They’re doing everything they can now to solidify their relationship with President Trump,” she said, referring to the growing collaboration between business and the Trump administration.

Li even hinted that the country is on the brink of a major economic shift. “People are desperate for change,” she noted. “You can feel it in the air. Americans are celebrating the momentum for Trump’s second term, and it’s only going to grow.”

In another surprising move, Li defended Trump’s choice of former Fox News host Pete Hegseth for Secretary of Defense, noting her personal experiences with him. Despite controversy surrounding Hegseth’s nomination, Li expressed her belief that he could be an asset to the administration.

While some Democrats may not be ready to admit it, Li’s remarks reflect a growing recognition that the political landscape may be shifting in Trump’s favor. With the momentum building and a sense of change in the air, it’s clear that many Americans are ready for a fresh start, and Trump’s second term could usher in the prosperity they’ve been waiting for.
